The event was held at Mode Collective, we supplied a welcome service of tantalising, good hearty street food presented on goolish platters alongside fabulous super fruit vodka and ginseng cocktails. Our staff became living styling to enhance the nightmare before Christmas theme.
Mona and Paul are visionary’s in their own right and it was an inspirational pleasure help them achieve there perfect catering for their perfect day.

The welcome was at Bay 66 with canapés on skateboards! We hired double decker red London buses to transfer all 220 guests to a party at Loft Studios Where we built a street food market and kids bar with cocktails flowing all night. End to end event management by Ravenous.

Redington came to us and they wanted an inspired party for their 10th anniversary with an outdoor festival theme for the catering. The key words were memorable and unique.
For our unique stance we decided to go entirely with the vibe of the venue, the outdoor natural location and back to nature.
We set up 4 x Street food stations which included The Ravenous Earth Oven - An Ancient Aborigine cooking technique which we built an oven on the ground from hot rocks, banana leaves, hessian sacks and layers of aromatic herbs and spices.
We cooked shoulder of lamb and roast potatoes for 250 guests which was revealed during service and sliced onto plates with Bush Berry Jus.

We set up a smoothie bar- served in vintage milk bottles with old fashioned straws on ice in vintage tin baths.
We set up a vintage rustic market stall to serve picnic snacks - multi levelled display with food presented in vintage crates and taken away in recycled old fashioned brown paper bags. The emphasis was on health and variety with highlighted Sainsburys ingredients used in every dish.
To create an intelligent and palatable menu for 500 x 16 - 18 year olds for Tatler Bystander Theme punky and fun!
We fed them an eclectic menu of organic finger and bowl foods; simple, quality and tasty! Our famous salt beef in rye buns with sauerkraut and mustard mayo, Avocado tempura with sweet chilli cucumber sauce and our succulent organic Cajun chicken with mango mayo with Cajun spices. We serviced the event with funky friendly and interactive "punky" staff and food was served on punk platters.
